Exceeding Your Expectations With
The Quality You Deserved

Ready to see what your new pool and landscape design will look like?

Unlike some companies, the owner of NatureScape Pools, Inc. personally oversees every aspect of your project to insure quality and timely completion. The average pool takes 5-7 weeks to complete depending on season.

We continue to stay on the forefront of the best/newest equipment and most energy efficient products available. We only use Pentair products, and provide a 3 year warranty on equipment, controllers, and automation. We lead the industry by using variable speed, ultra efficient pumps.

With our state of the art pools you will have more time to relax and enjoy your pool. Our modern designed pools with new efficient pumps, filter chlorination systems and heaters will require less than 15 min. a week for maintenance.

Summer's over, should I wait until spring to build my new pool?

Most pool companies are the busiest in the summer because in the heat everyone wants a pool. The fall & winter is the best time to build your pool. During fall/winter our subcontractor base is slower, so we can usually maintain tighter schedules, and sometimes our equipment suppliers run special offers. You can also save money during the off seasons.

What if I have a small or difficult yard to work with?

We specialize in designing custom pools for all of our customers. You would be surprised at the designs we can create with specific yard limitations.

How do you get into my backyard to dig my pool?

It depends on the individual situation. We use small-sized equipment to get through walk gates. Or when necessary, we will take down a section of your wall in order to dig the pool, and then replace it after we finish the dig. Your sales person will be able to explain your particular situation.

What is a hard dig and how are the extra costs involved handled?

Typically, we can dig your pool with standard equipment. Standard equipment refers to us using a standard size Bobcat. However, there are some locations that have either rock or very hard soil. If we must use other means to excavate the pool, there will be extra charges. In the event we need to use additional equipment, you will be notified prior to us doing the work, and we will make an estimate of the hard dig cost for you to approve.

When do I learn how to use the pool/spa equipment?

After we fill your pool with water, your builder will go through a start-up orientation. He will provide you a thorough explanation of all pumps, systems, custom programming and maintenance requirements.

I live in an association, what steps do I need to take?

NatureScape Pools, Inc. is very familiar with the processes in dealing with most associations. You will be provided with plans and details for submittal to your association review board.
